As a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I strive to help you or your teen realize growth by working together to inspire positive mental health, achievable goals, and healthy relationships.
I graduated with honors from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1995. During my subsequent career, I saw how the failure to address mental health concerns created greater adversities for individuals and families.
I chose to follow my passion of helping others by attending a graduate program in Clinical Psychology. I received my Master of Science in Psychology at California State University Fullerton (CSUF). My training also included a practicum at Straight Talk Counseling of Orange County.
Throughout my education and practicum, I gained the theoretical and clinical skills to help clients increase their awareness of detrimental patterns and to explore new ways to improve their lives individually, with peers, and within their family.
I welcome you to contact me to see how we may work together to instill self-knowledge and to attain a more satisfying life.
