Wouldn't it be nice to just breathe easy and feel relaxed? Anxiety and stress can be challenging in the best of times, but the last few years have compounded these difficulties. Moreover, anxiety and depression lie. They tell you that you cannot engage productively in life. I provide therapy solutions that overcome this deception. Therapy allows you to better understand your emotions, which is why I provide DBT skills-based solutions for borderline personality disorder. Therapy is also a place to know who you really are, which is why I offer nonbinary and transgender affirming therapy for both adults and teens.

Being an adolescent is a challenging time. It’s a time to build your identity, figure out who you are, and who you hope to become. Therapy can help your child to recognize their strengths in a comfortable session where they will be heard. By actively engaging teens in therapy, I promote insight, emotional awareness, and growth toward a brighter future.
