After all, anxiety and stress can be challenging in the best of times, but the last few years have only made things more difficult. I work to ease your stress and reduce your anxiety through proven cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) solutions.


Also, I truly enjoy working with my clients who have borderline personality disorder (BPD) or who struggle with heightened emotions. Where others may offer stigma, I offer caring concern and provide hope for a more peaceful life through dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). 

Solutions for Teens

My work with teens is equally fulfilling because of the positive results I've seen.


I help to reduce teen anxiety, depression, and conflict with others. I also provide a welcoming place for working on the social and emotional needs of high aptitude learners (gifted children). Being an adolescent is a challenging time. It’s a time to build your identity, figure out who you are, and who you hope to become. Non-binary and transgender affirming therapy can do that.


By actively engaging teens in therapy, I promote insight, emotional awareness, and growth toward a brighter future.
