In my work with adults, I provide solutions for generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, borderline personality disorder, depression, and nonbinary & transgender affirming therapy.

Therapy for Teenagers
I work with children 13 and older and provide solutions for generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, depression, child & family conflict, low self-esteem, nonbinary & transgender affirming therapy, and academic challenges.

Therapy allows you to better understand your emotions, which is why I provide DBT skills-based solutions for borderline personality disorder. Therapy is also a place to know who you really are, which is why I offer nonbinary and transgender affirming therapy for both adults and teens.
