Autistic Anxiety
Wouldn't it be nice to just breathe easy and feel relaxed?

Anxiety can be incredibly draining, especially if you've spent years navigating sensory overload, uncertainty, chronic stress, masking, or feeling like you have to work twice as hard just to get through everyday life. If you're Autistic or AuDHD, your anxiety isn't a character flaw or proof that something is wrong with you. More often, it's your mind and body doing their best to protect you after spending a long time in situations that felt overwhelming, unpredictable, or simply weren't a good fit.
Therapy isn't about convincing you to ignore your instincts or forcing yourself to "think more positively." Instead, we'll work together to understand what's fueling your anxiety, identify the situations that keep it going, and find practical ways to help you feel safer, more grounded, and more like yourself. I draw from research-supported approaches, but I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. We'll build a plan that fits your brain, your experiences, and what matters most to you.
The goal isn't to get rid of anxiety altogether. It's to help it stop running your life as the wound that thinks it's you. As anxiety begins to loosen its grip, there's more room for confidence, self-trust, and the freedom to make choices that reflect who you are instead of what anxiety tells you to do.
If you're ready for that kind of change, I'd be honored to walk alongside you. Contact me for your free consultation.
